Biscuit and gravy,cranberry juice,coffee,yoghurt ....and an apple.....sunrise on the building facade out the window....tropical storm likely to pass through this weekend.....sorta slept mostly sitting up with baseball on the tele.....feel somewhat rested.....Lunch was CluxDelux sandwich with lettuce and mayo. Vanilla pudding....Coke....Supper...pork cutlet,green beans,rice and gravy,Coke,tropical jello....been watching something on the history channel about slang words ....
