around four in the morning
there was a pretty good spell of heavy rain, so today is nice and cool so far, with overcast and breeze....so it has been a good morning for walks....I also drove over to the store and got wine and ice, two things I was out of. And then for lunch I had a sausage and pickle sandwich on wheat berry toast, with a little mayo, and Fritos, and a glass of wine....

Fritos?
ReplyDeleteI guess a handful of Fritos is not a bad thing,
but dear me, several handful would be the death of me.....
controlling the portion is everything....and actually original Fritos aren't that terrible....some sodium, but not much else evil.....
