wild turkey
crossing the road on the way back from a trip to Laurens.....I walked around downtown Clinton some......watched them working on the parking lots.....people were working on the train tracks too, or something next to the train tracks.....underground power lines? And I got in the Jeep and went over to check out a new ABC that had advertised itself as "discount" in the paper....they have the same prices as everybody else....nice looking store though.....some heavier rain over that way....

Well the weather was unsettled all afternoon...so no more yard work got done...lunch was a half sandwich with wheat bread, mayo, sharp cheddar, and pickle chips.....with a cold chicken wing and a glass .of merlot....supper will be rolled tacos and frijoles.....I started reading a historical novel about Issac Newton....it looks like a good one.....an email from mog recommended a James Gang album from 1971.....that was a good pick too.....
