this was tasty...

http://www.flickr.com/photos/sjtingle/3912856735/ on a bread board, work seasoned bread crumbs into cube steak with finger tips, fork whip egg and tawny port on a saucer, and dip meat on both sides....place in iron frying pan with hot olive oil, add fresh sliced mushrooms and early peas, cook until done....fork tender and delicious!
