the sidewalks got washed
with all that rain yesterday and last night....might be more this afternoon.....61F early this morning.....stayed almost 70 in the house.....so it's a Friday....can't think of anything in particular I need to do today....so I guess I'll just walk some more, eat, listen to music, maybe play guitar, read.....play with the iPad....already went through the newspaper....my horoscope says to relax in the afternoon....I can do that....

WellI thought the main drain was clear but it backed up again....so I bought a "blow bag" and a commercial duty hose....you lower the thing down as far as you can and let it fill up and expand to fill the pipe.....and then you turn the water on all the way and it sends a pulsating hydralic ram to battle the obstruction......seems to have functioned as advertised....I ran the hose down thee drain for a while after I pulled the gadget back out....didn't back up.....$30 instead of $100 for the plumber.....and I can use it over and over.....and I needed a hose, didn't have one....maybe some day I'll wash my car.....
